To help accelerate our growth in this exciting and rewarding market segment, we are looking for a Customer Success Representative that shares our passion for software, products, and building and supporting Customer for Life relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties
A Customer Success Representative at cloudStack Services will
- Provide technical and product support to existing customers
- Build and enhance our library of product and customer success related collateral materials
- Promote the benefits of our products and services to existing and new customers
- Strengthen and maintain customer support best practices
Qualifications and Skills

- Familiarity with cloud computing services
